Microgreens & Regrow
Grow fresh. Right at home. Every day.
A small kit that turns any kitchen counter into a mini farm. Micro herbs ready in a week. Vegetables that regrow from their scraps and cuttings. No garden, no soil, no fuss — just fresh greens whenever you need them.
Why grow microgreens and regrow at home?
Microgreens — also known as micro herbs or micro vegetables — contain up to several times more vitamins at harvest than a fully grown plant.
Regrow gives kitchen scraps a second life: carrots, parsley, celeriac or onions will grow back and provide fresh greens for soups or spreads. It's also called vegetable recycling or regrowing from scraps — and it makes both practical and ecological sense. Less waste, more fresh food, no garden or special knowledge needed. Just a windowsill and a little patience.

Three paths to harvest, choose yours
Microgreens can be grown in three ways. Each offers a slightly different experience — choose the one that suits you best.
Method | What it is | Advantage | Suitable for |
With perlan | Cellulose fibre | Direct contact with seeds, compostable | Beginners and advanced growers |
With gel | Potassium absorbent, antiseptic | Excellent water absorption, food-safe certified | Repeated use |
With water | Clean water, no substrate | Easiest start, zero cost | Quick first try |
How to grow microgreens and regrow.

Microgreens — from seed to harvest
Assemble the kit — drip tray, deep mesh tray, shallow mesh tray.
Moisten the perlan, prepare the gel, or add water and spread the seeds evenly (~5 g = one full teaspoon).
Cover with the lid and keep moist — mist 2–4 times a day.
After 48 hours, uncover and place in natural light.
In 6–10 days, cut 1 cm above the substrate. Enjoy!
Regrow — growing from scraps
Adjust the variable ribs to fit the size of your vegetable.
Insert the vegetable cutting (2–5 cm) and fill with water to the marked line.
Change the water every day and top up as needed.
Once new greens appear, it's time to harvest.
Suitable vegetables: carrots, parsley, celeriac, fennel, spring onions, onions, garlic, leek, beetroot, radishes — and avocado!
