The best buddy for making
homemade fermented foods
Foods that are suitable for fermentation include various types of vegetables, milk products (kefir, yogurt) and bread yeast. The lid has a special valve that releases CO2 from the jar during the fermentation process while preventing air from getting inside. The product also includes a flexible pressure insert that keeps the vegetables below the level of the infusion for the entire fermentation period.

Become
a fermentation master
Fermentation is the process during which the organic substances in a starting material are transformed into simpler substances through the activities of microorganisms. Fermentation effectively preserves foods, extends their shelf- life and improves the digestibility of some components of the food. Fermented products are a natural source of beneficial probiotics for our bodies.

Benefits of Fermentation Lid
The lid is ribbed on the upper side, which enables the release of carbon dioxide even when stacked on each other, which helps maintain the proper fermentation process.
The vertical surface can be used to describe the contents or note the date the fermentation began (use an erasable marker when writing).

Coloured with
coffee grounds
This product contains a dye derived from coffee grounds. Intelligent processing, so-called cascade recycling, also makes it into a dye for plastics, the so-called masterbatch. Thus, we utilize natural, circular colors.
